We also took top honours in the ‘Energy provider’ category in the 2023 ProductReview.com.au Awards – which represented the most reliable purchasing choices available to Australian energy consumers in 2022. ProductReview recognised our consistent, high-quality customer service and our transparency around our business practices.

We also received Roy Morgan’s Customer Satisfaction Award for Gas Provider of the Year (2022). This national award was based on the results of Roy Morgan’s Single Source survey. The survey asked 60,000 Australians to identify the companies they deal with across multiple industries and to rate their satisfaction with each organisation.
