We offer you a number of ways to pay your natural gas bill. 

If you’re on our Monthly Energiser or Monthly Smart Saver plans, you’ll be billed through monthly direct debit instalments. The monthly instalment amounts are recalculated after each quarterly gas meter reading at your home. We’ll always send you a bill after this meter read so that you have a record of your gas usage, charges and payments for the quarter. We’ll also use the bill to tell you your monthly instalment amount for the next three months.  

If you’re on our Standard Form Contract, you’ll receive a bill after each quarterly gas meter reading at your home.  Your bill will be mailed or emailed to you, based on your preference, every three months.
