Moving out and need to disconnect your gas cylinder supply?

If you’re about to move to a new property and would like to disconnect your LPG gas cylinder supply, please call our Customer Service Team on 13 21 80 as soon as possible.

We’ll walk you through the simple steps involved in disconnecting your gas supply and reconnecting at a new location if required.

Reticulated LPG gas customers

Some housing developments are built with purpose installed gas lines sourcing gas supply from a dedicated bulk tank.

This supply is purely for this housing or property development and as it’s not sourced from the main gas pipelines installed in metro areas of Perth, this gas supply is referred to as reticulated.

If you’re a reticulated LPG customer, we ask that you provide us with at least five business days’ notice before you vacate your property.

Please get in touch with us via 13 21 80 so we can arrange a final gas meter reading and confirm details relating to your move, including;

  • The last day for gas supply to the premises
  • Your new address
  • Your new phone number
  • The name of the real estate agent if you were a tenant at the property.

We recommend that outgoing property owners advise the new owners to contact us as soon as possible to help avoid disruption to their gas supply.
