Enjoy watching Pete Manifis whip up his favourite steak sanga with his top eight ingredients!
Serving: this is just for one sanga, add more of your preferred meat or vegetarian options to feed as many mouths as is required.

- 1 x loaf of fresh local bread
- 1 x fillet steak
- 2 x streaky bacon
- 1 x truss ripe tomato
- 1 x avocado
- 2 x tablespoon whole egg mayo
- 1 x iceberg lettuce
- 1 x peeled red onion
- olive oil
- salt & pepper
