How do I earn flybuys points with Kleenheat?

Choose Kleenheat for your natural gas to score flybuys points every time you pay your bill. We’re talking one flybuys point for every $1 spent on natural gas, bringing you closer to thousands of flybuys rewards.

Just switch to Kleenheat online and follow the prompts to link your existing flybuys number to your account. If you’re already a Kleenheat customer, start earning flybuys today by heading to My Account and updating your details to include your flybuys number.

Earned points will land in your flybuys account on or before the 25th of each month – you can track your progress easily in My Account. Points are awarded in the month of, or the month immediately after, your bill is paid.

If you take advantage of one of our Bonus Points offers when you switch to Kleenheat, you can expect to see those points in your flybuys account within 90 days from sign up.

Where are my flybuys points?

Whether it be one point for every $1 spent or bonus points on switching to Kleenheat, requests for points are sent to flybuys once a month, towards the end of the month.  Bonus points on switching are awarded after 90 days from sign-up.  One point for every $1 spent is awarded in the month of, or the month immediately after payment (if your payment was received after the flybuys request has been sent).
