Local Matters | Our local gas cylinder team providing smooth operations and great service across WA and the NT

Our rich history in customer service goes back to 1956, when Kleenheat first began supplying LPG to WA farming communities.

Today, we deliver gas cylinders to more places more often across WA and the NT – all thanks to a network of local branches, dealers and delivery drivers committed to looking after our customers.

We focus on delivering a safe and reliable product with friendly service from our local team so you can let your life flow.

Kleenheat regularly ranks among the top five LPG gas cylinder suppliers across Australia. Our operations and delivery teams are recognised for our convenient and reliable service as well as bill and cost clarity, customer service and value for money.

Sharon – Branch Manager, Kleenheat Geraldton

As Branch Manager, Sharon and her team keep the gas flowing to local residents and dealers in the Mid West and Gascoyne regions of WA, from Cervantes to Onslow and as far inland as Wiluna.

With so many local touchpoints, Sharon says she enjoys building relationships and achieving positive outcomes for her customers and community.

“We aim to meet our customers’ expectations of great service and strive to build customer loyalty for as long as they require LPG,” Sharon says.

Popular local hangout spot, the Geraldton Foreshore is a favourite with Sharon and her family, where they enjoy weekends swimming and playing with grandchildren at the playground.

Sharon enjoys supporting her local community and recently nominated the SHINE program for a grant as part of the Kleenheat Community Grants program. Learn more about SHINE and what they do in the Mid West community.

Awhina – Cylinder Supply Manager

Awhina’s focus is on making sure our distribution network remains reliable and local households can look forward to a positive customer experience each time they order a new gas cylinder.

“We’re all about best supporting the gas needs of communities outside the natural gas network or in regional areas, so it’s important we have real locals on the ground ensuring gas gets to where it’s needed, when it’s needed,” Awhina says.

When holidaying locally, Awhina says you simply can’t beat Albany. On top of the natural beauty of the area, the history surrounding our ANZAC relationship makes her proud to call WA home.

Maintaining good relationships with our LPG network is vital to ensuring great customer service. Our team ensure we support and maintain our network which involves our dealers and delivery teams. Earle – Cylinder Delivery Driver

Our local Cylinder Delivery Drivers play a key role in Kleenheat’s customer service efforts and keeping our customers satisfied.

Based in Darwin, Earle hits the road each day to help local households keep the gas flowing so they can keep the hot water steaming and cook-tops cooking.

He enjoys friendly interactions with customers each day, but even when there’s nobody home, he can complete his daily deliveries knowing he’s supporting those who support him.

“There’s not always people at home, so we leave a little tag on the cylinder so they know they just have to turn it on and happy days – they can cook their dinner and feed their family,” Earle says.
