If you're moving with Kleenheat, you can keep your current address connected whilst setting up your new one. Simply set your move-out date on your current address as the date you'd like to stay connected until. If your move-out and move-in dates overlap, you'll have two accounts connected during this time.

If it still isn’t working, you can speak to our Customer Service Team on 13 21 80 between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
We need at least 3 business days' notice so we can organise for your final meter read to be taken on your move out date. The network operator ATCO will visit your property and conduct your final meter read.
If you are moving out on a weekend or public holiday, your final gas meter will be conducted on the next business day.
If you’ve already moved out of your property, please proceed with closing your account. ATCO will complete your final meter read 3 business days after your request is submitted.
We need at least 2 business days’ notice to create your new account.
If you’re moving in in less than 2 business days’ time, we can help you with turning your gas on before your account creation is finalised. Please contact our Customer Service Team.
Yes, you can have two gas accounts connected with Kleenheat at any time.
When you complete your move online, simply set your move-out date on your current connected address as the date you’d like gas available until. For your new address, set your move-in date as the date you’d like gas available from.
Please call our Customer Service Team on 13 21 80 between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. They will be able to assist with creating your account, and address the gas you’ve used to date.
No, we don’t charge any account set-up or exit fees when moving your gas.
Yes, you can set up an account in your name. You won’t need any information from your landlord or rental agency. Simply sign up online and we’ll get your new rental connected.
ATCO Australia owns, operates and maintains WA’s natural gas network. Similar to a water meter, natural has meters must be manually inspected by the network operator, ATCO, to record usage and assist with accurate billing.
When moving out and closing an account, ATCO will attend your property to perform a final meter read, which will inform your final bill.
When moving into a property, ATCO will attend your property to perform a first meter read, which will be the basis for your first bill. They will also turn your gas supply on if it isn’t already.
