I want to transfer my Kleenheat gas account into someone else's name.
Moving out of a shared home, and want to pass on the gas account to someone else?
You aren't able to transfer your gas account to someone else, so you'll need to close it when you move out. The person taking over the gas can sign-up online in a few easy steps.
Here’s what you can do:
- Close your account for the address.
- Have the new account owner give us a buzz, or complete a sign up form online in minutes.
- Let us know the address so the account can be set up in their name.
Your account will be closed, and you'll no longer manage that address. If you're moving and want Kleenheat at your new address, you can just as easily set up your new address online.
Gas is already connected and managed at my new address
If you're moving into a shared household where gas is already connected with another provider, we can offer you a great deal to take with you.
Unlock a special offer when you close your account:
Proceed to close your account and select this as your reason for leaving us. Once we know this, we’ll email you a special offer that’s all about savings!
My new house is electric only
Kleenheat doesn't supply electricity, so we won't be able to move with you. You will need to close your account via My Account.
I’m moving interstate or overseas
Kleenheat only services households in WA. You will need to close your account via My Account.
