Set up direct debit for your monthly instalment or quarterly payments and we’ll deduct the amount owed from your nominated bank account or credit card when your payment is due.  

If you’re on our Monthly Energiser or Monthly Smart Saver plan, a direct debit is automatically set up for payment on your nominated instalment date each month.  

Customers on our Standard Form Contract can also pay by direct debit. We'll deduct the amount due from your nominated bank account or credit card on your quarterly bill's due date.
