38% off natural gas usage charges for 12 months plus $50 credit

38% off the usage component of the standard tariff for a minimum benefit period of twelve (12) months plus one (1) $50 natural gas credit when selecting the Monthly Energiser plan.

This offer is only available to Western Australian residents who hold a valid RAC membership number, and where Kleenheat is available as a natural gas retailer. This offer is not available to Kleenheat LPG customers.

To take advantage of this offer;

• You must sign up with Kleenheat as your natural gas provider during the promotional period by either visiting Kleenheat.com.au/rac-offer or applying the promotional code RACBONUS50NG during the sign up process at Kleenheat.com.au/sign-up; and
• You must enter your valid RAC membership number during the sign up process; and
• Kleenheat must accept your application.

One (1) $50 natural gas credit will be applied to your new Kleenheat natural gas residential account and shown on your first Kleenheat bill. The credit value is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for a cash refund. Any unused promotional credit value will be forfeited if the account is cancelled at any time.

If you cease to be an RAC member, the discount will revert to 35% off the usage component of the standard tariff.

15.5% off natural gas usage charges for on time payment discount + $50 bonus

Kleenheat Standard Form Contract customers will receive a 15.5% off the usage component of the standard tariff provided they pay their bills by the due date, and will also receive one (1) $50 bonus (choose from a natural gas credit, Kmart voucher or Target voucher). To be eligible for the 15.5% discount, you must enter your valid RAC membership number during the sign up process or apply your RAC membership number to your account. If you cease to be an RAC member then the discount will revert back to 12.5% off the usage component of the standard tariff.

To receive the $50 bonus, you must sign up with Kleenheat as your residential natural gas provider using the relevant promotional code, and your application must be accepted by Kleenheat.

When choosing the $50 natural gas credit, the credit will be applied to your new Kleenheat natural gas residential account and will be shown on your first Kleenheat bill. The credit value is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for a cash refund. If the account is cancelled at any time, any unused promotional credit value will be forfeited. Existing Kleenheat natural gas customers are not eligible for this promotion.

When choosing the $50 Kmart or Target voucher, the voucher will be posted to the residential location listed for the account within 90 days of the customer’s application being accepted. The voucher is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for a cash refund. If the Kleenheat account is cancelled within 90 days of the application being accepted, the voucher will be forfeited. Existing Kleenheat natural gas customers are not eligible for this promotion.
