What happens if there is not enough money in my account to cover the billing period?

    If there is an issue with your direct debit payment, we will attempt to contact you either by email or SMS to let you know of any payments that were not successful. You will need to pay the amount due by another payment method. You should also login to your My Account to check that your direct debit details are correct.

    Banks will charge Kleenheat a fee of $10 if a direct debit is rejected – and that fee will be added to your bill. Late fees will apply if your account isn’t paid by another payment method within three days of the payment due by date.
