How do I update my payment details?

  • Natural gas customers

    Here’s how to update your Kleenheat payment details online:

    1. Log into My Account.
    2. Look for the ‘What would you like to do?’ heading and click on ‘Direct Debit’.
    3. Follow the prompts to enter your new credit/debit card or bank account details.
    4. Read and agree to the direct debit terms and conditions.
    5. Click on ‘Save Details’ and you’re all done.

    We’ll apply your new payment details to your next direct debit day. Be sure to check My Account for any unsuccessful direct debits, as you’ll need to pay these separately.

    Alternatively, give us a call on 13 21 80 to update your payment details during regular business hours.

  • LPG customers

    Please give us a call on 13 21 80 and we’ll update your payment details for you.
