How can I save on my Kleenheat bill by paying on time?
For customers on our Standard Form Contract product, saving on gas usage charges is as easy as paying your bill on time.
Simply pay your bill in full on or before its due date and you’ll earn a percentage of that bill as credit on your next quarterly Kleenheat invoice.
Example: Pay On Time discount
Pay On Time discount amounts can vary, so check under “Details of New Charges” on your Kleenheat invoice for details specific to your Kleenheat account.
Here’s an example of how a 12.5% Pay On Time discount would work:

*Discount applied to gas usage charges and does not apply to the supply charge, which represents the fixed costs of delivering the gas to your home, or other fees on your gas bill.
Where to find details of your discount
You’ll find information on any applied Pay On Time discounts at the end of your Kleenheat invoice. Look under “Details of New Charges”.
RAC customers can save even more
For many Standard Form Contract customers, linking your RAC membership number to your Kleenheat account mean you could look forward to a 3% extra discount when paying your bills on time. Conditions apply. Find out more.

Discount Offer
As a Kleenheat Standard Form Contract customer, you are eligible for a discount on your gas usage charges (“Discount”) provided you pay your Bills by the due date – see below for further details.
Conditions attaching to the discount
To be eligible for the Discount you must pay the full amount stated on the Bill and your payment must be received by Kleenheat on or before the due date. The Discount amount will be credited on your next Bill.
Other Terms of the Offer
This offer is only available to customers who are on Kleenheat’s Standard Form Contract. The Discount applies to the customer’s gas usage charges only. This offer may be modified or withdrawn by Kleenheat at any time by notice to the customer.
