Kleenheat’s customer service efforts are backed by over 400 local staff committed to making gas easy for homes and businesses across Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
We’re thrilled our customers agree; handing Kleenheat five stars for overall satisfaction across natural gas and LPG products in Canstar Blue’s Customer Satisfaction Survey.
Get to know some of our team and learn a little about how their daily roles help make gas easy for our customers and keep them satisfied.
Nicole – Customer Service Operations Manager
Nicole manages our WA-based Customer Service Team – a diverse group of local staff working to best support Kleenheat customers across all products and services.
“Strengthening Kleenheat’s customer service focus is all about encouraging our business to look for new opportunities to make customer interactions as easy and positive as possible,” Nicole says.
When she’s not leading our customer service efforts, Nicole loves gardening and can regularly be found at Bunnings in Cockburn Central or pushing a trolley through the aisles at John Cole’s Nursery in Banjup.
Tamara – Workforce Planning Analyst
When our customers have a question about their Kleenheat account, our goal is to help them get in touch with our Customer Service Team as quickly as possible.
That’s where Tamara comes in; managing our support crew numbers to help ensure whenever that phone rings, we’ve got a real person on the other end ready to help life flow for our customers.
“Making sure we always have Kleenheat staff ready and waiting to support our customers involves plenty of organisation, but they’re such a great group to work with,” Tamara says.
Her favourite local beach location? Scarborough and Trigg – often walking the coast between the two beaches watching the local surfers.
Awhina – Cylinder Supply Manager
Our rich history in customer service goes back to 1956, when Kleenheat first began supplying LPG to WA farming communities.
Today, we deliver gas cylinders to more places more often across WA and the NT – all thanks to a network of local branches, dealers and delivery drivers committed to looking after our customers.
Awhina’s focus is on making sure our distribution network remains reliable and local households can look forward to a positive customer experience each time they order a new gas cylinder.
“We’re all about best supporting the gas needs of communities outside the natural gas network or in regional areas, so it’s important we have real locals on the ground ensuring gas gets to where it’s needed, when it’s needed,” Awhina says.
When holidaying locally, Awhina says you simply can’t beat Albany. On top of the natural beauty of the area, the history surrounding our ANZAC relationship makes her proud to call WA home.
Earle – Cylinder Delivery Driver
Our local Cylinder Delivery Drivers play a key role in Kleenheat’s customer service efforts and keeping our customers satisfied.
Based in Darwin, Earle hits the road each day to help local households keep showers warm and dinners cooked.
He enjoys friendly interactions with customers each day, but even when there’s nobody home he can complete his daily deliveries knowing he’s supporting those who support him.
“There’s not always people at home, so we leave a little tag on the cylinder so they know they just have to turn it on and happy days – they can cook their dinner and feed their family,” Earle says.
Our customers rate Kleenheat best-in-class with Canstar Blue
Each year, Canstar Blue surveys a range of consumers on their experiences with products and services to gauge feedback on the things businesses are doing right and areas they could improve.
Across WA, Kleenheat natural gas customers remain the most satisfied for four years running – recording five-star ratings for ease of sign-up, bill and cost clarity, customer service and value for money.
We also came out on top of Canstar Blue’s customer satisfaction rankings for LPG across national suppliers, with customers giving Kleenheat five-star ratings customer service, bill and cost clarity, value for money and overall satisfaction.
Canstar Blue’s Customer Satisfaction Survey gives real consumers a voice on the product and services they use and we’re proud that they’ve rated us a five-star performer.
