Discount Offer

As a Kleenheat Standard Form Contract customer, you are eligible for a 12.5% discount off your gas usage charges (“Discount”) provided you pay your Bills by the due date – see below for further details.

Kleenheat’s RAC Partnership:

If you are an RAC member, you may be eligible to receive an additional 3% pay on time discount off of your gas usage charges (“RAC Discount”) by adding your RAC membership number to your account. To view the plans the RAC Discount applies to, please visit kleenheat.com.au/natural-gas/plans-and-pricing. If you have already added your RAC membership number to your account, the Discount will include any eligible RAC Discount. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code offer.

Conditions for claiming the discount

To be eligible for the Discount you must pay the full amount stated on the Bill and your payment must be received by Kleenheat on or before the due date.

The Discount amount will be credited on your next Bill.

If you cancel your Contract with Kleenheat you will not be entitled to a Discount on your final Bill, even if you pay by the due date.

However, you will receive a credit for any applicable Discount amount calculated on your previous Bill.

Other Terms of the Offer

This offer is only available to customers who are on Kleenheat’s Standard Form Contract.

The Discount applies to the customer’s gas usage charges only.

This offer may be modified or withdrawn by Kleenheat at any time by notice to the customer.
