If you're on our Standard Form Contract plan, you can save on gas usage charges by paying your bill on time. 

When you pay your bill in full on or before its due date, you’ll earn a percentage of that bill as a credit on your next Kleenheat bill. You'll see this credit in the 'Payments/Adjustments' section on the second page of the bill.  

Pay-on-time discount amounts can vary, so check your bill or My Account for details specific to your Kleenheat account. 

We've provided an example in the table below. This example shows that when a customer's first quarterly bill (March) includes $100 in natural gas usage charges and that bill is paid on time, the customer receives a credit of $12.50 (12.5% of $100) on their next quarterly (June) bill.

*The pay-on-time discount applies to gas usage charges and does not apply to the supply charge or other fees on your gas bill.
