OnePass offer terms and conditions

1. Twelve (12) month OnePass membership Offer

This offer is available to new and moving Kleenheat customers only and is available from [1 November 2025 to 3 May 2026] (Promotional Period). The offer is only available to Western Australian residents where Kleenheat is available as a natural gas retailer.

To receive the twelve (12) month OnePass membership you must sign up for the Kleenheat Monthly Smart Saver plan or Standard Form Contract via www.kleenheat.com.au/natural-gas during the ‘Promotional Period’, and select the OnePass offer as your Welcome Bonus.

Kleenheat will send you a unique redemption code within five days via email after your application is received. The unique redemption code will be sent to the valid email address provided at time of sign up to Kleenheat.

Redemption – New OnePass members:

If you are a new OnePass member, follow the link in the email to the OnePass website to sign up for OnePass, you will be asked to enter your redemption code and provide personal details, including payment details.

  1. Create your OnePass account. Enter your details to create your OnePass account.
  2. Add your unique OnePass promo code. Select the Annual Plan ($40/year); enter your payment details and then enter your promo code by clicking ‘I have a promo code’. Your promo code will apply the discount to your current annual plan which will commence after your 30 day free trial.

Please note: If you cancel your plan during the free trial, you will lose your promo code and it cannot be re-applied.

Redemption – Existing OnePass members:

Existing OnePass members with an annual membership can apply the redemption code to their account, which will be applied at the next renewal date.

  1. Log in to your OnePass account. Navigate to the Manage Membership page and click the link Apply promo. If your plan is cancelling, reactivate your plan to enable the option to add your promo code.
  2. Add your unique OnePass promo code. Enter your code and select the Add button to apply the promo code. The promo code will be applied to your next payment.

If you are currently on a free trial, you will need to add your promo code before your free trial ends.

If you are an existing OnePass member with a monthly membership, you can request a plan change to your membership through the Manage membership page and redeem your redemption code while confirming the plan change to an annual OnePass membership. The redemption code will be applied at the next renewal date.

  1. Log in to your OnePass account. Navigate to Manage membership page and initiate a plan change. If your plan is cancelling, reactivate your plan to enable the option to change plans.
  2. Add your unique OnePass promo code. Before confirming the change, click the Apply promo link. Enter your promo code and select the Add button to apply the discount. Confirm the plan change and the promo code will be applied to your next payment.

If you are currently on a free trial, you will need to add your promo code before your free trial ends.

Redemption – Returning OnePass Member:

  1. Log in to your OnePass account to start an annual plan. Navigate to ‘My membership’ and select the Start your plan button.
  2. Add your unique OnePass promo code. Select the Annual Plan ($40/year); enter your payment details and then enter your promo code by clicking ‘I have a promo code’. Your promo code will apply the discount to the current annual plan.

The redemption code is valid until 1 November 2026 and must be used before the expiry date.

The redemption code can only be used once and must be entered when prompted via the links in the confirmation email from Kleenheat. There is a limit of one (1) redemption code per eligible OnePass account. This offer is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Once redeemed, the redemption code will be active on your OnePass account for 12 months. If your OnePass membership remains active following expiry of the 12 month period, you will be charged a recurring payment (currently $40 per year for an annual OnePass membership), unless your membership is cancelled prior to renewal.

You must agree to receive communications by email and provide us with a valid email address to take advantage of this offer. Existing Kleenheat natural gas customers are not eligible for this promotion. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code offer. Kleenheat reserves the right (subject to compliance with regulatory requirements) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion at any time.

2. Flybuys standard points on natural gas spend

Kleenheat residential natural gas customers who link their Flybuys membership number to their Kleenheat account will be issued with one (1) Flybuys standard point for every whole dollar ($1) billed and paid on their residential natural gas account with Kleenheat. To be eligible to earn Flybuys points, customers must have an active Flybuys membership. This offer may be varied or cancelled at the discretion of Kleenheat (subject to compliance with regulatory requirements). Flybuys’ privacy policy applies. Standard Flybuys Terms and Conditions apply and are available at flybuys.com.au.

3. OnePass 5x Flybuys Points

5x points is available in-store only at Kmart, Officeworks, Target and Bunnings Warehouse. Your Flybuys and OnePass accounts must be linked. Present your Flybuys at the time of purchase. 5x points in-store is equal to 1 standard point plus 4 bonus points per $1 spent. Flybuys points are collected on transaction balance after savings and discounts and exclusions apply – please check each participating brand page for details: Kmart, Officeworks, Target, Bunnings Warehouse. Flybuys members linked to OnePass will now also be able to collect points on in store and Click & Collect purchases when scanning their OnePass card at Kmart, Officeworks, Target and Bunnings. 5x Flybuys points in-store is not available on Target transactions where instant Flybuys points redemption has been used at time of purchase (including any remaining balance that is payable). Target exclusion does not apply to transactions where Flybuys Dollars are redeemed. OnePass T&Cs, exclusions apply. Express Click & Collect already available to all customers at Officeworks & Target.
