Ultimate Gather Round Experience Competition Terms and Conditions

Participation

1. The promoter is Wesfarmers Kleenheat Gas Pty Ltd ABN 40 008 679 543 of Level 5, 11 Mounts Bay Road, Perth WA 6000 (“Kleenheat” or “we”).

2. Instructions on how to enter and other details contained within any promotional, electronic and print materials prepared and issued by Kleenheat form part of the terms and conditions. These terms and conditions prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with the terms and conditions set out in any such materials.

3. By participating in this competition entrants shall be deemed to agree to abide by the terms and conditions.

4. To be eligible to enter (“Eligible Entrant”), you must, at the time of entry and at the time of the Draw (as defined below):

be a resident of Western Australia;
be 18 years of age or over; and
not be an employee, director or contractor (or an immediate family member of such person) of Kleenheat, its agency partners or any organisation associated with the promotion. For the purposes of the promotion, “immediate family member” includes spouse, de facto spouse, and natural, adopted or a stepchild who lives in the same household as the employee.

5. We may (in our absolute discretion):

verify an entrant’s identity, age and the validity of entry;
disqualify entrants who do not meet (or cease to meet) the eligibility criteria described in item 4, submit an entry that is not in accordance with these terms or who tampers with the entry process;
disqualify entrants who enter using multiple aliases or otherwise have gained an unfair advantage in participating in the competition;
accept or reject entries that contain errors or omissions; and
deem incomplete, plagiarised, defamatory or indecipherable entries invalid.

6. The competition commences at 9:00 am (WST) on Thursday 5 March 2026 and concludes at 11:59 pm (WST) on Monday 23 March 2026 (“Entry Period”).

Entering

7. To enter the competition, an Eligible Entrant must go to kleenheat.com.au/about/community/fremantle-dockers/gather-round-competition/(“the Entry Form”) and follow the instructions to fully and correctly complete and successfully submit the online Entry Form, including providing their full name, valid email address, and contact phone number.

8. Entry is limited to one unique entry per Eligible Entrant, per household.

9. Kleenheat is not responsible if the Eligible Entrant is unable to complete or successfully submit the Entry Form, including where the Eligible Entrant’s mobile device, laptop or desktop computer does not have sufficient capability to submit the Entry Form.

10. Kleenheat may reject an entry if any details that are submitted are incomplete or entered incorrectly in an Entry Form.

11. Entries must be submitted via the Entry Form during the Entry Period.

12. Eligible entrants who are also Kleenheat customers at the end of the Entry Period will automatically have one (1) additional entry added to the prize draw.

13. To be eligible for the one (1) additional entry, the entrant must:

be a Kleenheat customer when entering the competition and still be a Kleenheat customer at the close of the Entry Period, or have signed up to Kleenheat during the Entry Period, and
have entered the competition using the same email address as is registered on their Kleenheat account or Kleenheat sign-up application.

14. Once an Entry Form has been successfully submitted by an Eligible Entrant, the Eligible Entrant will receive a confirmation email to say they’ve entered the competition using the nominated email address they provided via the entry form.

15. Upon receipt, entries become the property of Kleenheat. Information resulting from the entrant’s entry and participation in the promotion will be used by Kleenheat for the determination of the Prize winner and for the purpose of contacting the entrant about Kleenheat’s offers (unless and until the entrant informs Kleenheat that the entrant no longer consents to be contacted about Kleenheat’s marketing offers). Information about entrants may also be used by Kleenheat, its agents, contractors, and related companies, for other purposes as set out in these terms and conditions. By submitting an Entry Form, entrants consent to these uses and disclosure of their information.

Prizes

16. One (1) prize winner will win the following prize (“Prize”):

17. The total prize pool is valued at $13,858 (AUD) inclusive of GST.

18. The Prize must be taken as offered and may not be transferred or substituted except at Kleenheat’s discretion and subject to applicable State or Territory legislation. The Prize is not redeemable for cash. However, Kleenheat reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value where necessary due to Prize unavailability. The winner of the Prize is responsible for any taxes or other costs arising in relation to, or associated with, the Prize. Independent financial advice should be sought by any person participating in this competition.

19. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the winner and any other beneficiary of the Prize must comply with all the conditions of use of the Prize and the Prize provider’s requirements.

20. The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of any third-party service providers, and the Prize Provider and the Promotor will have no liability in relation to any element of the Prize provided by a third-party provider.

21. All ticket holders must comply with AFL event regulations and stadium policies.

22. If, for any reason, a winner is not able to participate in or accept the Prize or the winner does not take or redeem the Prize within the time stipulated by these terms and conditions (or as otherwise stipulated by the promoter or the Prize provider), the Prize will be forfeited.

23. The winner is responsible for redeeming the Prize and making any other reservations outside of the stipulated Prize package.

Selecting a winner

24. The winner will be selected in a random draw (“Draw”) from among all valid entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning will vary depending on the number of valid entries received.

25. The Draw will take place at 10:00 am (WST) on Wednesday 25 March 2026 at Wesfarmers Kleenheat Gas Pty Ltd, Level 5, 11 Mounts Bay Road, Perth WA 6000. The Draw will be conducted using a cloud-based third-party random draw system.

26. The winner will be notified via email from marketing@kleenheat.com.au, and by phone, using the contact details provided in the winner’s entry, within two business days after the Draw. Kleenheat is not responsible if the winner has provided incorrect details and, if so, any right to the Prize may be forfeited at Kleenheat’s sole discretion.

27. To claim the Prize, Kleenheat must receive a reply email from the winner, or confirmation of identification over the phone, verifying that they are the winner by 12:00pm (WST) on Monday 30 March 2026 (“Notification Period”).

28. Once the winners have claimed the prize, they will be contacted by phone to organise flights, accommodation and tickets within 48 hours in accordance with item 22 above (or such other verification process acceptable at Kleenheat’s sole discretion).

29. Once the winners have claimed the prize, this constitutes fulfilment of Kleenheat’s obligation to award the Prize. Kleenheat is not responsible for any delays or failures in sending emails or emails that are missed or lost for any reason, or any delays or failures in making any bookings or otherwise redeeming the Prize.

30. The Prize winner’s details will be published at kleenheat.com.au/perks-rewards/competition-winners, within three (3) business days after the Prize has been claimed by the winner.

Alternative winner

31. If the winner fails or is unable to satisfy these terms and conditions or forfeits or does not claim the Prize within the Notification Period, any rights that person had to the Prize are extinguished and an unclaimed Prize draw will be conducted using a cloud based third party random draw system at Wesfarmers Kleenheat Gas Pty Ltd, Level 5, 11 Mounts Bay Road, Perth WA 6000 on Thursday 2 April 2026. The winner of the unclaimed Prize draw will be notified via email, and by phone, using the contact details provided in their entry, within two business days after the unclaimed Prize draw takes place, and the terms of items 24 – 27 will apply in relation to that winner (except that, for the purposes of item 24, the winner of the unclaimed Prize draw must claim the Prize by 12:00pm (WST) on Tuesday 7 April 2026).

Disputes

32. In the event of a dispute regarding these terms and conditions, the decision of the General Manager of Kleenheat will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

Changing the competition

33. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of Kleenheat and which prevents it from complying with these terms and conditions, Kleenheat will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations and Kleenheat reserves the right (subject to compliance with regulatory requirements) to cancel, terminate or modify or suspend the competition, this promotion and the issue or redemption of the Prize.

Liability

34. To the extent permitted by law, we (and our officers, employees and agents) are not liable for any loss, expense, damage or liability suffered or incurred by you in connection with the competition, including:

any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible or misdirected entries;
any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction;
any theft, unauthorised access or interference by another person;
any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected;
any variation in Prize value to that stated in these terms and conditions;
any tax liability incurred by you or any beneficiary of the Prize;
use of, or taking of, or taking part in, any component of the Prize, including travelling, making any bookings, staying at the accommodation, attending any event or venue, or drinking or dining at any bar or restaurant, or unavailability of flights or accommodation on your preferred travel dates; or
participation in the competition.

Privacy

35. The entrants’ personal information will be collected by or on behalf of Kleenheat to enable it to administer the competition and publicise any Prize winner, and to enable it to inform you of products and services that may be of interest to you including by way of direct marketing and to engage in publicity promotions and initiatives with you. If we do not collect your personal information then we will not be able to process your entry in the competition.

36. The personal information of:

the Prize winner may be provided to others assisting in the conduct of the competition, including but not limited to the competition administrator and the Prize provider, and their agents, to the extent necessary for the Prize to be delivered to any Prize winner, and to regulatory authorities. Kleenheat will disclose the Prize winner’s first name, surname initial, suburb and State/Territory of residence online, and will publish these details at kleenheat.com.au/perks-rewards/competition-winners in accordance with items 27 and 28 above. An entrant also agrees that Kleenheat may, in the event the entrant is the winner, publish or cause to be published the entrant’s name and postcode in any media, as required under the relevant State or Territory lottery legislation; and
entrants’ personal information may be provided to external agencies or persons bound under confidentiality who are engaged by Kleenheat for the purposes of the competition or to assist Kleenheat with the promotion of products and services (including via direct marketing).

37. By participating in the competition, the winner consents to Kleenheat using their (and their companions) name, likeness, image and/or voice (including any photograph, film and/or recording of them) in any media at any time or times and agrees to grant Kleenheat a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winner (and their companions) will not be entitled to any fee for such use. Kleenheat is entitled to amend, edit, select, crop, retouch or add to the image and to reproduce it in any form or media whatsoever throughout the world.

38. All personal information collected by Kleenheat under this competition is handled in accordance with Kleenheat’s Privacy Policy which can be found at kleenheat.com.au/privacy. Details on how to:

gain access to your personal information in our possession;
correct personal information in our possession; or
make a complaint about Kleenheat’s handling of your personal information is contained in that Privacy Policy. Should you wish to be removed from Kleenheat’s direct marketing database, or stop receiving direct marketing material from Kleenheat, you can contact Kleenheat on 13 21 80 or (in the case of email or SMS communications) unsubscribe using the method set out in the relevant message.
