Kleenheat’s customer service efforts are backed by over 400 local staff committed to making gas easy for homes and businesses across Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
So it’s great to see our community and customers value the service we provide, awarding Kleenheat with five stars for overall satisfaction for natural gas in Canstar Blue’s Customer Satisfaction Survey for the fifth year running.
To celebrate, we spoke to some of our local team who have a hand in delivering the customer service you enjoy.
Nicole – Customer Service Operations Manager
Nicole manages our WA-based Customer Service Team – a diverse group of local staff working to best support Kleenheat customers across all products and services.
Each year, our Customer Service Team fields around 290,000 calls from WA and the NT while also supporting digital enquiries across email, webchat and social media.
“Strengthening Kleenheat’s customer service focus is all about encouraging our business to look for new opportunities to make customer interactions as easy and positive as possible,” Nicole says.
When she’s not leading our customer service efforts, Nicole loves gardening and can regularly be found at Bunnings in Cockburn Central or pushing a trolley through the aisles at John Cole’s Nursery in Banjup.
Ged Reilly – Business Sales Leader
Ged is Kleenheat’s Business Sales Leader, providing support to the Business Sales Consultants and Executives managing our natural gas business customers accounts.
He leads a motivated team of passionate people who deliver excellent customer service and value to businesses in WA.
“Customer service is so important to our team because we understand how important it is to our business customers,” Ged says. “We understand that our customers who run a business can be time poor, so we have dedicated account managers who understand our customers particular needs and know their story.”
Ged counts himself very lucky to live in WA, with Denmark’s pristine beaches, walking trails and thriving restaurant scene being his go-to’s, to relax and rejuvenate.
Bonnie Liddell – Customer Service Officer
Bonnie is the friendly face behind our webchat service. As a Customer Service Officer, Bonnie provides award-winning customer service by assisting with digital queries via our live webchat service and social media.
Answering queries in real-time with speed and efficiency means customers can get back to their busy lives, knowing they can rely on our prompt service.
“Being born and bred right here in WA, we understand that service is about more than supplying gas; it’s about providing the best possible customer experience,” Bonnie says. “Our customers are super important to us; after all, they’re the reason we’re here.”
In her spare time, Bonnie enjoys visiting one of her favourite places in Perth, Kings Park, where she enjoys strolling through the beautiful botanic gardens and the stunning views from the State War Memorial.
