What do Kleenheat natural gas customers receive?

We’re proud to partner with Flybuys – Australia’s most popular loyalty program – to deliver value to WA households using natural gas.

Once you’ve linked your Kleenheat natural gas account with your Flybuys membership, you’ll collect one Flybuys point for every dollar spent on natural gas.

Flybuys points can be redeemed for items from a fantastic range of homewares, tech gadgets, travel experiences, gift cards and more! You can also convert them to Flybuys dollars to spend in select retail stores. 

How do I link my Flybuys with my Kleenheat account?

To link your Flybuys membership to your Kleenheat natural gas account:

• Log in to My Account
• Click ‘My Details’
• Select ‘Rewards’
• Enter your Flybuys member number
• Click ‘Save details’

You’ll then start collecting one Flybuys point for every dollar spent on your natural gas.

How do I become a Flybuys member?

Head to the Flybuys website to learn more about Flybuys and become a member. Then, follow the instructions above to link your Flybuys member number to your Kleenheat My Account. 

Once you’ve joined Flybuys, you’ll be able to collect points from Kleenheat and a wide range of Flybuys Partners, including Coles, Bunnings Warehouse, Kmart, Target and Officeworks. One of the fastest ways to collect points is by activating offers in the Flybuys app. Download the app and turn on notifications to find out about new offers. 

When are my Flybuys points awarded?

Current Kleenheat customers

Collected points are usually awarded in the same month you pay your natural gas bill or the following month if your payment is received after we’ve provided points details to Flybuys.

We update Flybuys once a month on points collected by Kleenheat customers paying their natural gas bills. This tends to be towards the end of the month.

New Kleenheat customers

Flybuys bonus points are awarded after 90 days from sign-up.

How do I know how many Flybuys points I have? 

You can check your Flybuys points total by signing into your Flybuys account on the Flybuys website or app.  Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be able to see your Flybuys points at the top of the screen. You can see your Flybuys points earned through different Flybuys partners under the ‘Transaction History’ tab on the website and the ‘Activity’ tab on the app.
