Residential customers vs. non-residential customers

Residential customers are those who use natural gas in their home for personal use, while non-residential customers are those who use relatively large amounts of natural gas for business purposes.

Monthly Energiser

The Monthly Energiser plan is our best value option for natural gas in your home, featuring 35% off natural gas usage charges guaranteed for at least 12 months, simple direct debit monthly instalments instead of hefty quarterly bills and email billing.

Monthly Smart Saver 

The Monthly Smart Saver is one of our best value options for natural gas in your home, featuring 25% off natural gas usage charges, simple direct debit monthly instalments instead of hefty quarterly bills and email billing. Plus, this plan includes a welcome bonus!

Standard Form Contract

Save on your gas bills simply by paying your quarterly invoices on time.

We’ll calculate 12.5% of your natural gas usage charges for that invoice and apply it as a discount on your next Kleenheat bill. Plus, this plan includes a welcome bonus!

What’s the welcome bonus?

A welcome bonus is a little something extra, simply for choosing Kleenheat for all your natural gas needs, on selected plans.

We have a few different welcome bonuses to choose from. You can choose a $50 credit on your Kleenheat account, 10,000 Flybuys bonus points, or a $50 gift card for either Kmart, or Target.

The Kleenheat credit is applied straight away. While the Flybuys or gift cards are issued 90 days after your application with Kleenheat is accepted.

How do these plans differ from each other?

The Standard Form Contract plan offers the greatest flexibility, allowing you to choose your payment and billing method. Alternatively, the Monthly Smart Saver and Monthly Energiser plan use monthly direct debit instalments to pay towards the quarterly bill and email billing.

Aside from the different discounts, the main difference between our two direct debit plans is the inclusion of a welcome bonus. The Monthly Smart Saver plan includes a welcome bonus, while the Monthly Energiser plan instead offers a larger discount.
