Staff Profile: Emma Cheeseman

Territory Manager

Managing a large network of branches and business representatives through southern Western Australia can be pretty challenging but for Emma, it’s the very thing which inspires her to work with such earnest determination. Meet the travel enthusiast and snow lover

What are your main responsibilities in the business?

I manage the LPG sales operations for the south of WA and am responsible for the business representatives and branch staff based in Esperance, Albany, Bunbury, Busselton and Kalgoorlie.

What’s involved in a typical work day for you?

I work very closely with my team so a typical day would include setting sales strategies, assessing the viability of commercial proposals, managing various projects, travelling out to regional WA and resolving challenges.

Best part about working for Kleenheat?

The culture of Kleenheat is fantastic. Even though it’s a very commercial business, you feel as though you matter as an individual which makes it a friendly and enjoyable place to work.

What are some of the perks of your job?

Travelling around WA, particularly to places off the beaten track is always a rewarding experience.

Any interesting moments?

Yes, while conducting inspections on a customer site, a colleague fell through the lid of a septic tank. Luckily they were ok but it was definitely bizarre!

Something your colleagues would be surprised to know about you?

I am stereo-blind which means I can’t see in 3D (I can see stereos just fine).
