I have an empty 8.5kg bottle that I don”t need anymore. Can I get a refund on the cost of the bottle itself that I paid for originally? And if so how?

Hi Gavin, unfortunately there is no refund on the cylinder. You can swap the empty cylinder for a full and only pay for the gas, and if you no longer want the cylinder you can return it to a Kwik-gas retailer (no refund) or contact your council for the appropriate disposal instructions. Hope this helps!
