Kleenheat’s on a mission to bring better value to WA households and make energy easy for our customers. That’s why we recently had a case of warm fuzzies when natural gas customers gave us big thumbs up as part of Canstar Blue’s customer satisfaction survey.
Each year, Canstar Blue surveys a range of consumers on their experiences with particular products and services – picking their brains on the things companies are doing right and highlight areas they could be doing better.
This time around they introduced the WA Natural Gas Suppliers category, surveying WA natural gas customers on all the good and not-so-good aspects of their natural gas experience.
And the survey said…
We were thrilled to come out on top with WA natural gas customers, achieving a five-star rating for overall satisfaction and taking top honours for Canstar Blue Most Satisfied Customers in our category.
Customers also gave Kleenheat five-star ratings for bill clarity and customer service, while recognising our value for money and energy efficiency advice as best-in-market.
