We provide support to a range of community organisations across Australia from local sporting groups to welfare organisations and other initiatives. Here are just some of the current sponsorships we have running.

Salvation Army Australia

The Salvation Amy Regional Care Services Program

The Salvation Amy Regional Care Services Program

This program was established in 2009 with the purpose of supporting a different community in regional Australia each month by providing operational funding and donations. Donations have been made to aid regional communities suffering from floors, droughts, bushfires and economic or social recessions with whitegoods, computers, consumables, the Christmas Appeal and other initiatives. Through this program, Kleenheat has donated over $200,000 in cash and equipment across regional Australia.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES – NATIONAL KARATE CHAMPIONSHIPS
The Western Australian Karate Federation (WAKF) will host the 2020 National Karate Championships in Perth from 10 to 12 July 2020 at HBF Arena in Joondalup. The National Championships is the premier Karate event in the Australian Karate competition calendar. This is a pre-Olympic event, with Karate being contested for the first time at the 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics from 24 July 2020 to 9 August 2020.
I am writing to invite you to be a Sponsor or Supporter of the National Championships. Your involvement represents an opportunity to join other individuals and organisations within our community to promote the positive health benefits of karate – building physical, mental and emotional fitness and resilience. Involvement in karate is reflected not only in healthier individuals, but healthier relationships and happier communities.
The 2020 National Championships are being promoted with the tagline “whatever it takes” recognising the discipline, hard work and commitment it takes to participate at this level of competition.
We expect to attract more than 750 competitors, 60 coaches, over 100 officials and 1,200 supporters/parents to Western Australia from other states to compete to be recognised as the best in Australia. The Western Australia team will consist of around 100 athletes and over 2,000 local supporters are expected to also attend the event.
Additionally, this event will have substantial social media coverage and as it is being held two weeks out from the 2020 Olympic Games where karate will be represented at for the first time, we anticipate a lot of media interest.
Enclosed is a sponsorship package that gives information on sponsorship levels available for this event. The WAKF promotes this as an inclusive community event and rely on community and business sponsors as a critical source of funding for this event to help ensure its success. Beyond your sponsorship, we welcome you to join us by participating in the National Karate Championships in Perth in 2020. If you are in a position to assist in a different capacity, we”d love to hear from you.
We look forward to hearing from you. For more information about this event, please contact Sami Bromley at nationals@karatewestaustralia.com. On behalf of the WAKF, we thank you for your support.
    Your sincerely,

    Mr Dion Panossian
    Chair, Organising Committee Nationals 2020
Past Chair, Western Australian Karate Federation (AKFWA)
