We recently presented a cheque for $5,000 to the Kalannie Junior Cricket Club this week, as part of our ongoing support for our local communities.
As part of a recent community support initiative, we asked our LPG customers to help us donate a total of $35,000 to seven different local causes, charities or community groups across Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
The Kalannie JCC was one of the lucky nominees as voted by Kleenheat customers, and the recipient of a $5,000 donation from us.
Kalannie JCC Coach and Coordinator, Rowan McCreery, said that the donation will likely be used to build permanent practice nets at their local grounds to enable members and the wider community to play cricket freely.
“Kleenheat is a proud supporter of local communities, and we are pleased to be able to support the Kalannie community with our donation to the local junior cricket club,” said Kleenheat Business Representative Jordan Ritchie following the cheque presentation.
“I look forward to coming back soon and seeing the kids improve their game with the new facilities and the support our donation has enabled,” Mr Ritchie finished.
