All the magic of WA’s favourite festival, FRINGE WORLD, returns with an army of awesome local acts entertaining us from Friday 14 January to Sunday 13 February 2022.

Lots of fun and family appeal – perfect for those looking for a high-energy, low-risk FRINGE WORLD experience.

Adam & Selina – The Magicians | MAGIC DIMENSION

Local brother and sister combo Adam and Selina make their FRINGE WORLD debut with a brand new blockbuster filled with magic, mystery and illusion.

The Perth-based duo will demonstrate a powerful mix of seemingly impossible feats in a non-stop show suitable for all ages.

Performing as Johnny Cash he has performed at arts festivals, corporate functions, weddings, mine sites, pubs and clubs, shopping centres, on cruise ships, breakfast radio, and morning television.

Andrew McClelland: A Seated Walking Tour of Europe

While we’re all planning for our next European adventure, we can be further inspired with a touch of humour and a flash visit of Europe from our seat, for a snippet of the cost of the real deal. Fringe World performer Western Europe Andrew McClelland

Andrew speedily guides his audience through the memorable and quirky of Europe’s greatest cities and towns, along with some questionable historical knowledge, with the help of a screen and Google Street View.

Dolly Parton: Here I Come Again

 Dolly Parton is loved by many, including BarbieQ, whose fascination with Dolly started at a very young age.

After a sell-out season at FRINGE WORLD 2021, the fabulous, multi-award-winning BarbieQ is back with a new tribute to the country icon, Dolly Parton!

In truly Dolly style, expect big hair, big shoes, big assets, sparkling costumes and plenty of hits, as well as a few special guests and surprises.

While rated as Medium, this event is PG in delivery, so kids are welcome.

 Electroluminescence: new works for electric guitar, electronics, and visual projections

 Electroluminescence is an immersive multimedia concert of works for electric guitar, electronics, and visual projections. The concert combines sound and vision and unique performance techniques playing the guitar. Fringe World event

The program features world premiere performances of three new commissions from Australian and international composers, from WA, Iceland, the USA and NZ.

Bogan Shakespeare Presents: Julius Caesar

Bogan Shakespeare is back for it’s seventh year at FRINGE WORLD. With a slight twist of geography and era, the team are bringing Julius Caesar to the stage this year. bogan shakespears Fringe World Festival

The story begins at Bunnings in Busselton as we meet the Retail Operations Manager, Jewlz Caesar, who manages a successful retail team. However things are not what they seem and discontent is brewing.

This performance explores the horrors of working in retail.

Long time FRINGE WORLD fan? Experience the hottest and sauciest shows on offer and expect to be shocked.

A Parisian Affair with Catherine Summers – Cabaret Jazz Band, Burlesque, Showgirl and more

Join singer Catherine Summers in a musical journey from 1880s Moulin Rouge through to a few saucy performances of the 1940s. Fringe World event Catherine Summers

This cabaret show takes you on a two-part journey with showgirl, burlesque, satire, and a full 5-piece jazz band, headed by the glorious sound of Catherine Summers.

If you’re a fan of Summers, consider seeing her second show, ‘Jazz re-imagined’  at Lamont’s Bishops House, during the festival.

Sideshow Femmes

Scarlet Tinkabelle and her team of performers band together to deliver a unique experience of tantalising tease and daring deeds where fire and knives are mere playthings.

With fans in WA and on their home turf in Queensland, the Sideshow Femmes return to Perth for the season, with a whole lot of Brisbane born energy, firey acts and spicy costumes.

Crème de la crème

Crème de la crème, delivers a display of the hottest acts in this year’s FRINGE WORLD festival.

If you see one cabaret, acrobatic act of FRINGE WORLD, your money is well spent with this performance of weird and wonderful talent and plenty of cheeky laughs.

Head First Acrobats are a Melbourne based act, popular with crowds in Australia and abroad.
