While the WA natural gas market has become a little more crowded, we’ve remained focused on providing the best value and experience for our customers.
And we’re thrilled to see our customers agree, handing us a five-star rating for overall satisfaction for the second year running in the annual Canstar Blue customer satisfaction survey.
The Canstar Blue survey asks every day Australians to rate their experiences with particular products and services. WA natural gas customers who’ve been using our services over a substantial period of time were asked about the good and bad aspects of their experience.
And the results are…
Along with overall satisfaction, we once again achieved a five-star rating for customer service and bill clarity. To top it off, this year we added another feather in our cap with five stars for value for money as well.
Customer Service Operations Manager Nicole Harris said it’s great for the team to be recognised for their hard work.
