Kleenheat sparks better value with new natural gas savings

Just when you thought natural gas value in WA couldn’t get any better – we’ve decided there’s still room for juicier household savings.

That’s right, we’re excited to confirm new-and-improved discounts are now available to all Kleenheat natural gas customers – old and new!

For households on our Monthly Smart Saver plan, savings on gas usage charges have been bumped up to 25% – which means even less spent and more saved throughout the year.

Customers on our Standard Form Contract will also see improvements, with our pay-on-time discount increased to 12.5% off gas usage charges.

For existing Monthly Smart Saver customers who previously enjoyed 20% off their usage charges, no action’s required and the improved discount as already been applied. Changes came into effect from 14 July 2017.

The same goes for Standard Form Contract customers – we’ve already upped the pay-on-time discount for future invoices.

As WA’s locally-based and Australian-owned provider we think savings should be for everyone so we’ve automatically increased discounts for existing customers, and have our shiny new 25% discount ready and waiting for those yet to jump on the savings bandwagon.

Here’s an overview of the improvements:

Monthly Smart Saver

Kleenheat customers who pay by monthly direct debit can look forward to double the discount on their natural gas usage charges, with savings on gas usage charges now increased to 25%.

Standard Form Contract

Customers who receive quarterly invoices can now enjoy a 12.5% discount on their gas usage charges when invoices are paid before the due date.

Savings across the board

Kleenheat has a long-term focus on being WA’s energy solutions provider of choice, so it’s only right we treat our loyal and new customers equally and share savings as we grow.

We focus on offering genuine ongoing discounts on the standard tariff for natural gas, which helps our customers save more. We also aim to pass on savings from reduced ATCO Gas network charges whenever possible.

    Thanks for the advice on discounts. I had been told about it at the Good Food and Wine Show and just thought I would let you have our feedback on the Kleenheat presence at the show. The presence overall was terrific: great presentation and demonstration by the MKR girls and representation around the show itself with very smart and friendly KH staff.
    If you could only get rid of the dreadful commercial which forces me to change channels or press mute, that would be great!!! I have already communicated with your marketing people related to the first in the current series: unfortunately this one is worse. If I wasn”t a customer already and a shareholder I would be quite put off by both of these sad offerings!

    You say we get double discount on monthly smart saver. We had 20% discount now 25%. That”s not double that”s only one quarter extra. Double would be 40% off

      Earlier this year we doubled the discount on our Monthly Smart Saver plan from 10% to 20%. We’ve now increased this discount further to 25% for new and existing customers alike.

    Recently switched over from Alinta and thank you for doing what you are doing, bringing the gas prices down. It was indeed a rip-off from your competitors and they are now begging us to stay by also offering discounts. Too late…Good work Kleenheat.

    Thank you for increased discount (now 25%). 3years ago I switched to Kleenheat, then Alinta made an offer of fixed discount over 2 years, rather too generous for me a small user to refuse, so I switched back to Alinta.
    However a year ago I switched again to Kleenheat permanently, as you are offering genuine and now
