Since joining Kleenheat in early 2022, I immediately noticed that the words “Diversity and Equity” were really valuable in the company and weren’t just “written and forgotten” in the policies.

I enjoy and appreciate the company’s priorities, culture and positive atmosphere that exude from the top and flow through the rest of the company. Being a female mechanical engineer, I can say that the company gives equal opportunities to both males and females, including work-life balance and flexible work options that other companies don’t have.

I have had a few challenges in my work, but with the help and support of my manager and colleagues they all turned into opportunities, allowing me to develop further as a professional and gain more experience.
